Wednesday mornings there are dance practice.
Thursday nights is dance night. As well as the 1st Saturday each month.
Old time and new vogue dance styles. Beginners welcome.

STRENGTH & BALANCE EXERCISES
Monday and Friday mornings from 9am - 10am.
Stand or sit as you move along with the videos. Weights (1-5kg) are provided.
Work out at your own pace. No stress, no records kept, just a relaxed way to
maintain some fitness and improve balance.
Morning tea provided.
