Each week we provide a host of activities to participate in.

  DANCING
  Wednesday mornings there are dance practice.
  Thursday nights is dance night. As well as the 1st Saturday each month.
  Old time and new vogue dance styles. Beginners welcome.

STRENGTH & BALANCE EXERCISES
Monday and Friday mornings from 9am - 10am.
Stand or sit as you move along with the videos. Weights (1-5kg) are provided.
Work out at your own pace. No stress, no records kept, just a relaxed way to 
​maintain some fitness and improve balance. 
​Morning tea provided.

​CARPET BOWLS
Indoor carpet bowls for fun. 
Tuesday morning 10am-12. 
Wednesday afternoon 1-3pm.
Thursday afternoon 1pm- 3pm.
Beginners welcome. More social than serious. 
Morning and afternoon tea provided.

TAI CHI
Tuesdays and Thursdays at various times for an hour.
​Different classes for different levels. Beginners to experienced.
Gentle relaxing exercise for the body and mind. ​
​Qualified registered instructors.

Tuesday afternoons 1:30- 3:00pm
Prizes & raffles.

Most Tuesday nights 6:45pm- 10pm.

 Songbooks provided. Sing and clap along to live music.
